Using hide links
I would like to use this option,but dont know how.Do i do this for all the url's and what about the reply button.Any help would be appreciated.

You just post the hide tags around ALL the url's at once.
So you only put them 1x and put all the url's in between them.
This forces the people to click your thank-you button.
It only works if its in the first post of a thread (so only if you start a new thread)
